Ever have a bissap? If it's an unfamiliar drink in these parts, the hibiscus-based nonalcoholic beverage will be more available thanks Affouet Price and her drink startup Hibisbloom. It is a version of a popular refreshment in Price's native Ivory Coast in West Africa, and she has taken sales of it from the Beaverton Night Market to New Seasons and Market of Choice.
